Salesforce Architect / Senior Administrator

The Salesforce Architect / Senior Administrator is an onsite, full-time role in Franklin, TN, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is not specified. The role reports to the Director of Development and supports Wesley Group’s 350-user Salesforce organization, used for sales and client resolution. The role owns Salesforce architecture, security, development standards, platform maintenance, and integrations. It helps keep the production system secure and reliable while supporting platform engineering and the organization’s evolving technology needs.

What you'll do

• Set Salesforce target-state design, data model, and roadmap
• serve as design authority
• maintain security, sharing, SSO, and least-privilege access
• build Flows and Apex
• establish review, test coverage, and Copado deployment controls
• reduce technical debt
• maintain AppExchange applications and OwnBackup
• assess application value
• build and own integrations with external systems
• and advise the platform engineering team.
