What you'll do

• Assist members with transportation concerns
• schedule standing orders, demand trips, and subscription trips using NET InSight
• maintain accurate data and member files
• follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
• provide paperwork to clinical staff, providers, and members
• verify insurance for dialysis and nursing home patients
• retrieve appointment messages
• train new employees
• assist dispatchers with send-backs
• process monthly recertification and attendance verification reports.
