Field Service Representative

What you'll do

• Initiate calls to franchise business owners and schedule and conduct customer walk-throughs
• conduct walk-throughs for service-provider changes and new national accounts
• perform scheduled national account surveys and gather measurements
• provide customer service support and coordinate responses with franchise owners
• document records and forms
• provide sales and financing options and complete paperwork for account and equipment purchases
• work with franchise owners on one-time service agreements
• answer billing questions
• recommend and sell supplies
• present the Coverall Supply program as needed.
