What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and hygiene, medication reminders, ambulation and mobility, light meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• provide transportation to appointments, errands, and pharmacy visits
• offer companionship and emotional support
• monitor client well-being and report changes to office staff
• follow individualized care plans.
