What you'll do

• Complete preventive maintenance and repairs to buildings, fixtures, and equipment
• perform basic carpentry, flooring, window, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• respond to urgent apartment issues such as flooding or sewer backups
• document deficiencies and maintenance work
• collaborate with contractors
• maintain equipment and supplies
• remove snow and apply ice melt
• provide customer service to residents.
