What you'll do

• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• provide client-centered therapy
• supervise pre-licensed counselors pursuing full LPC licensure
• maintain at least 27 service hours per week, including supervision
• develop interventions based on client needs and goals
• coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, and other professionals
• participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training
• support clinic operations and team culture.
