What you'll do

• Transport residents safely to and from appointments, activities, and medical procedures
• provide reassurance and emotional support
• maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and safety
• monitor and report incidents, near-misses, or concerns
• coordinate individualized transportation plans with the care team
• protect resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
