The Senior Technical Project Manager, Restraints role is onsite in Newark, CA. Compensation is $56–$78.46 per hour. The role supports the Restraints Engineering team and vehicle development activities. The project manager coordinates suppliers and cross-functional engineering work for vehicle safety systems, keeping milestones, testing, logistics, and manufacturing readiness aligned. The role helps identify and mitigate risks and maintain accountability for program deliverables.

What you'll do

• Manage restraint suppliers and development timing
• track planning BOM maturity, engineering changes, tooling, piece costs, and program readiness
• support system integration and validation testing
• develop test-part requirements and coordinate procurement, timing, and logistics
• coordinate with procurement, suppliers, seating, interior systems, and other stakeholders
• maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, KPIs, and readiness metrics
• identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• manage shipment tracking, material flow, warehousing, engineering logistics, and international shipments
• track action items
• document lessons learned and process improvements
• support Manufacturing Readiness Reviews.
