What you'll do

• Oversee assigned patrol station operations
• lead morning briefings and end-of-day debriefs
• assign patrol roles and review conditions, hazards, and safety objectives
• coordinate snow-safety routes and terrain openings
• collaborate with patrol management, snow-safety leadership, grooming, and mountain operations
• support training
• coach and provide feedback to patrol staff
• maintain accountability for explosive inventory.
