What you'll do

• Design and develop centralized data architecture and warehouse infrastructure
• build data pipelines and integrations from practice management systems
• establish data validation, quality, governance, and documentation standards
• oversee business intelligence and reporting
• lead the technology roadmap and IT coordination
• evaluate systems and vendors
• maintain security, privacy, and HIPAA-related compliance
• partner with executive, finance, operations, marketing, HR, and practice leaders.
