What you'll do

• Design and conduct laboratory tests
• interpret and document results
• monitor production quality and efficiency
• verify equipment calibration
• audit cleaning and sanitation
• collect and process microbiological samples
• inspect products, packaging, labels, and process documents
• record quality-control activities
• conduct weekly standards inspections
• lead root-cause analysis of operational quality issues
• follow company safety, GMP, and food-safety procedures.
