Infrastructure Lead

The Infrastructure Lead position is onsite in Columbus, OH. Pay is $60–$65 per hour. The role supports a client providing digital business transformation, digital engineering, and IT outsourcing services. The lead manages and improves infrastructure for high-volume transaction systems, automating provisioning and deployment while maintaining security and reliability. The role also investigates infrastructure issues, monitors performance, and supports incident resolution and continuous service improvement.

What you'll do

• Use Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, and PCF technologies for infrastructure automation and containerized environments
• implement security practices including IAM, encryption, and network security
• manage infrastructure for high-volume transaction systems
• investigate performance bottlenecks and identify root causes
• develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana
• support SRE practices, incident/problem/change management, priority incident troubleshooting, and blameless post-mortems. The posting requests 10–15 years of work experience and lists six years of applied experience in infrastructure and database systems among qualifications.
