What you'll do

• Troubleshoot equipment
• replace plumbing fixtures and lighting
• clear drains and pipes and address leaks
• adjust building automation systems
• test and inspect generators
• use technical documents to diagnose and repair systems
• coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors
• perform preventive maintenance on power, lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, and other building systems
• inspect buildings and mechanical rooms.
