The Resident Assistant – Premium Weekend Days – The Levande position is onsite in Cambridge, MN. Pay is $28 per hour. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, three out of four weekends per month, with holiday rotation. The role is in Vivie’s Nursing department and supports residents in its community. The assistant provides hands-on support with daily activities, meals, mobility, and personal care while helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and social connection. The role also monitors and reports changes in residents’ health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help maintain resident spaces through housekeeping and laundry
• prepare and serve meals and snacks
• report changes in health or emotional well-being
• welcome new residents.
