What you'll do

• Design scenarios involving disputed coverage, multiple parties and carriers, litigation, mediation, and high-severity settlement strategy
• create claim strategies, coverage analyses, authority requests, litigation plans, reserve rationales, and escalation recommendations
• write senior-level reference responses
• grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics
• identify unsupported or inconsistent claim positions
• provide written feedback to the research team.
