What you'll do

  • Oversee daily electrical construction field operations
  • plan workforce and crew assignments
  • supervise foremen and field personnel
  • coordinate with project managers, general contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors
  • review drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs, and submittals
  • monitor productivity, installed quantities, milestones, and schedule progress
  • coordinate materials, inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover
  • maintain project documentation
  • resolve field issues
  • mentor field leaders
  • support quality assurance and quality control.
