Director, Packaged Goods

The Director, Packaged Goods role is hybrid in Cleveland, OH, with three days in the office and two days working from home after 30 days of employment. What you'll do

• Develop strategies for Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen and support the Wellness Director
• analyze category performance, customer trends, competition, and pricing
• create business plans and monitor financial goals
• set merchandising, space-planning, and planogram standards
• lead and develop category managers, field merchandisers, and the Wellness Director
• oversee pricing, promotions, and assortment
• negotiate supplier costs and agreements
• partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance
• support private-label growth
• and improve product availability and operational processes.
