What you'll do

• Lead right-of-way acquisition efforts across Wisconsin from landowner contact through negotiations, closing, and relocation support when applicable
• coordinate with property owners, municipalities, WisDOT, businesses, agencies, and project teams
• develop acquisition strategies, cost estimates, negotiation plans, records, and schedules
• review plans, plats, maps, title information, and related records
• prepare communications, negotiation files, closing materials, and status updates
• mentor support staff and coordinate with agency clients.
