What you'll do

• Pick up litter and debris
• maintain exterior common areas and assist with light landscaping
• clean interior common areas and amenities
• replenish supplies
• maintain trash rooms and dumpster areas
• support vacant-unit cleaning and show-ready touch-ups
• report maintenance needs, damages, hazards, and supply needs
• assist with site walks, inspections, seasonal tasks, and snow or ice response
• and clean the swimming pool and surrounding deck.
