• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and compassionate communication to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Help create a safe patient environment and strong patient experience across the continuum.
