What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipes and presentation standards
• support restaurant service and banquet production
• maintain an assigned station
• complete prep lists
• follow portioning, plating, temperature, allergen, and dietary requirements
• label, date, rotate, and store food
• maintain a clean workstation
• assist with receiving and inventory
• communicate shortages and equipment or food-safety concerns
• complete closing duties.
