What you'll do

• Monitor analyst performance and compile monthly metrics
• coach analysts and identify training needs
• manage shift schedules, time-off requests, on-call rotation, and ticket routing
• interview and onboard analysts
• ensure service-level objectives are met
• develop and maintain troubleshooting procedures and knowledge-base materials
• prepare operational summaries
• lead response to major outages
• audit resolved tickets
• serve as after-hours on-call escalation contact
• coordinate client reporting and project handoffs.
