What you'll do

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding. Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical, professional, and cleared positions
• build talent pipelines
• support proposal recruiting
• coordinate interviews and offers
• maintain applicant tracking system records
• partner with hiring managers, capture managers, and business leaders
• attend recruiting events
• and follow company policies and OFCCP requirements.
