What you'll do

• Treat residents with kindness and respect and help protect them from injury
• serve as a resource for team members and participate in their orientation and training
• review and provide care outlined in resident service plans
• participate in physician rounds and communicate orders
• assist with schedule coverage
• respond to resident call signals and safety alarms
• administer medications according to orders and policies
• process physician orders using eMAR
• document care and report changes
• maintain medication and supply inventory
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• participate in assigned on-call rotation.
