What you'll do

• Verify, reconcile, and consolidate daily transactions
• welcome guests
• address guest complaints
• answer calls and respond to requests
• check guests in and out using the computer system
• maintain knowledge of facilities and amenities
• review the log book and outstanding requests
• perform clerical and front-desk duties
• provide guest information
• take reservations and messages
• complete shift checklists
• process special requests and VIP services
• deliver guest mail and messages
• maintain room-key and supply inventory
• keep the work area clean and professional.
