The Environmental Services Associate role is onsite in Sandy Spring, MD, with a 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule. Compensation is $18 per hour. The role supports Brooke Grove Retirement Village’s mission to enrich the lives of residents and employees. The associate maintains clean, safe resident and common areas through assigned cleaning, disinfection, laundry support, and waste handling. The work supports infection prevention, resident experience, and cleanliness standards in the healthcare environment.

What you'll do

• Clean assigned resident rooms, resident homes, medical equipment, and common areas
• support laundry and linen services as assigned
• use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• follow safety, risk management, infection control, and privacy requirements
• maintain and restock cleaning carts
• sort and transport waste to appropriate disposal areas
• participate in performance improvement initiatives.
