Project Administrator — Construction Projects

The Project Administrator role is onsite in Robstown, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role provides administrative, coordination, documentation, reporting, and project support to keep project information, commitments, personnel administration, equipment, subcontractor records, and reporting organized, accurate, current, traceable, and communicated.

What you'll do

• Maintain project trackers, milestones, schedules, status reports, project files, drawings, RFIs, submittals, correspondence, contracts, changes, and closeout records. Track equipment, subcontractor documentation, materials, permits, certifications, employee rosters, onboarding, training, site access, and timekeeping. Prepare project reports

• support compliance, mobilization, and closeout.
