Packaging Associate — Brewery Packaging

The Packaging Associate role is onsite in Framingham, MA, paying $20–$22 per hour. Hendler Family Brewing Company is an independent, family-owned brewery whose mission is to create high-quality products that honor tradition and inspired innovation. The associate supports the packaging team’s canning, kegging, and variety-pack operations. The role helps maintain production flow and product quality through equipment operation, routine maintenance, accurate records, and safe work practices.

What you'll do

• Learn and operate equipment on canning, keg-racking, and variety-pack lines
• clean and maintain packaging equipment
• monitor product and packaging quality
• maintain packaging logs and reports
• track quality issues and suggest solutions
• troubleshoot basic mechanical problems
• assist with SOP revisions
• handle sanitation products safely
• operate powered industrial vehicles with proper certifications
• keep workspaces clean and safe
• assist with projects during downtime.
