What you'll do

• Recruit and interview applicants for real estate and home equity loans
• solicit new business and expand existing customer relationships
• recommend loan products based on customer needs
• document sales calls, networking, and referrals in the bank’s CRM
• assist mortgage processing staff
• submit complete and compliant applications
• maintain a loan portfolio within bank policy
• participate in sales and marketing meetings and community organizations.
