What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills while respecting resident preferences
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help maintain resident spaces through housekeeping, laundry, and organization
• prepare and serve meals, beverages, and snacks
• monitor and report changes in residents’ health or emotional well-being to nursing staff
• welcome new residents and support their transition.
