Following referral instructions, agency policies, court requirements, and mandated-reporting responsibilities helps ensure services are safe, respectful, and supportive.

What you'll do

• Provide visitation and exchange services according to referral documentation
• maintain client records and files in compliance with HIPAA and agency regulations
• follow program quality assurance standards
• maintain communication with local professionals
• report suspected child abuse as a mandated reporter
• participate in required staff meetings and training
• accept client payments. May assist with scheduling and implementing program services.

Why this role

Variable schedule based on client and staff availability; Monday through Thursday availability and afternoon and evening availability are required. Bachelor’s degree, two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination is required. Spanish is preferred.
