What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, printers, and other technology issues
• respond to and document support requests
• troubleshoot routine problems involving passwords, access, connectivity, Windows, and Microsoft 365
• set up and configure employee equipment
• assist with new-hire workstations
• install approved software and updates
• maintain IT asset inventory
• escalate advanced issues
• assist with IT projects
• follow security and confidentiality policies
• conduct building walkthroughs
• handle minor facility needs
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• track maintenance requests
• assist with office moves and meeting-room setups
• maintain facility supplies and organized common areas
• report significant repair and safety concerns.
