What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop field service technicians and lead technicians
• coordinate schedules and customer commitments
• serve as a customer contact and visit customer locations as appropriate
• work with technicians to understand needs and recommended repairs
• learn technical products to assist with quotes and estimates
• recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and evaluate employees
• ensure training and resources
• review service work and approve invoicing
• support dispatch
• ensure service vehicles are maintained and operated safely
• help manage service contracts and customer relationships
• partner with branch leadership on operational improvements.
