What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership, physician oversight, and strategic direction for psychiatric services and medical staff
• establish clinical standards and evidence-based practices
• oversee complex cases, quality measures, and patient-safety standards
• support physician recruitment and retention
• conduct psychiatric evaluations in person and via telehealth
• develop treatment plans with care teams
• supervise interdisciplinary providers
• maintain documentation and regulatory compliance
• participate in crisis intervention and emergency care as needed.
