Front Desk Representative

What you'll do

• Answer calls and respond to inquiries
• process student registrations
• schedule and manage birthday and pool parties and supervise party staff
• resolve customer concerns
• assist with merchandise and vending purchases
• greet parents and students and check in students
• maintain cleanliness of front desk, snack shack, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area
• respond to voicemail and email
• update displays
• provide occasional administrative support
• make collection calls
• prepare student lesson schedules
• enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
