Thick Film Printer Technician, Level 2, Second Shift

The Thick Film Printer Technician, Level 2 role is onsite in Poway, CA, on second shift. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour, DOE. Fralock develops and manufactures engineered components and subassemblies for technically challenging applications. The technician sets up, operates, adjusts, and maintains thick film screen printers while monitoring drying and firing processes. The role supports production quality and yield by inspecting printed substrates, addressing defects, documenting output, and maintaining a safe, orderly workstation.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate automated and semi-automated thick film screen printers
• inspect substrates and adjust print settings
• handle and maintain conductive/resistive inks
• perform preventive maintenance and intermediate troubleshooting
• record production, lot, scrap, and traveler data
• support 5S and Lean initiatives
• follow safety, chemical-handling, cleanroom, and SOP requirements.
