What you'll do

• Review drawings and specifications and estimate costs and labor hours
• contribute to preconstruction plans, budgets, and schedules
• coordinate materials and subcontracted work
• confirm material testing and records
• conduct site visits and inspections
• track subcontractor progress
• communicate schedule, methods, permits, safety, and quality expectations
• attend progress meetings
• support closeout, financial settlement, demobilization, and customer handover.
