What you'll do

• Maintain hotel equipment and complete work orders promptly
• respond to guest repair requests
• operate and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, boiler, HVAC, and other systems
• update maintenance requests
• coordinate with vendors and order services as needed
• maintain guest rooms, public areas, grounds, pool, and hot tub
• monitor fire and life-safety systems
• maintain tools, inventory, and supplies
• protect guest privacy and hotel property
• train and instruct staff.
