What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
• monitor and record vital signs
• assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
• support resident mobility through transferring and repositioning
• assist with meal preparation and dining
• document resident interactions and condition changes
• maintain infection prevention and control standards.
