The Medical Assistant role is onsite in Mountlake Terrace, WA. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. Pay is $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience. The clinic supports pain management care for patients with chronic pain. The assistant supports physicians and advanced practice providers with clinical and administrative tasks, including scribing, insurance verification, prior authorizations, call triage, scheduling, and procedure support. The role helps the clinic deliver coordinated patient evaluation, treatment, and management services.

What you'll do

• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers
• perform data entry and scribing
• obtain prior authorizations for medications and procedures
• verify patient insurance
• triage patient calls and concerns
• support interventional procedures
• assist with scheduling
• travel occasionally to satellite clinics as needed.
