Marketing Associate — Product Marketing

The Marketing Associate — Product Marketing role is hybrid in Chicago, IL, with three days onsite each week. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. The associate supports product marketing communications, content, and operations by coordinating editorial work, maintaining digital content, organizing shared resources, and assisting the broader team. The role helps keep marketing information current and supports consistent content and internal communications.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the editorial and blog schedule
• track content and help prepare approximately one blog per week
• gather stakeholder updates for a twice-monthly internal newsletter
• review and maintain website content
• organize the product marketing SharePoint environment
• implement naming conventions and content structures
• use Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to support organization and efficiency
• provide operational and communications support.
