The Accounts Payable Specialist role is onsite in Germantown, MD. Pay is $27–$31 per hour. The specialist supports Precigen’s accounting and finance processes by reviewing purchasing documentation, processing invoices, and maintaining vendor records. The role helps ensure accurate, timely accounts payable processing and supports month-end close, while providing backup coverage for the other Accounts Payable Specialist.

What you'll do

• Review purchase orders and receiving documentation
• match invoices with supporting documents and ensure proper coding
• enter invoices and credit memos into the accounting system
• maintain vendor records
• assist with timely payments and month-end close
• provide administrative support to Accounting and Finance. Processing checks may be part of the role.

Why this role
