Rebuild Coordinator

The Rebuild Coordinator role is onsite in The Colony, TX. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. Gurr Brothers Construction helps homeowners and businesses rebuild after property damage, coordinating mitigation and reconstruction from cleanup through repairs. The coordinator organizes project information, sets up jobs, communicates with customers, and follows up on missing details so rebuild projects can start smoothly and stay on track. Construction or restoration experience is not required; training is provided.

What you'll do

• Review incoming jobs and confirm information, photos, estimates, and documents are available
• enter project and customer information in JobNimbus
• answer routine customer questions and provide updates
• coordinate with mitigation, reconstruction, adjusters, and vendors
• maintain records, follow up on missing items, and flag scheduling issues or customer concerns.
