What you'll do

• Assess members’ financial needs, circumstances, holdings, and investment capital
• educate members about suitable products and services
• help clients identify investment objectives
• maintain prospect files and notes
• open, transfer, and close accounts
• respond to service requests
• maintain account records and documentation
• verify purchases and sales instructions and follow transactions through completion
• explain securities markets and relevant factors
• monitor portfolios and make recommendations consistent with client needs and financial conditions
• comply with laws and regulations
• promote credit union products and services
• coordinate with branch managers on cross-selling and integration initiatives.
