What you'll do

• Develop short- and long-range plans for federal opportunities and markets
• oversee and prioritize pursuits
• maintain relationships with government agencies, industry primes, subcontractors, and teaming partners
• coordinate opportunity evaluation and go/no-go decisions
• organize resources for RFIs, proposals, and oral presentations
• lead and manage a Proposal Manager
• oversee proposal milestones and reviews
• support contract responses and submittals
• and assess competitor activity.
