The Activities Assistant - Senior Living is an onsite role based in Peoria, AZ. This role exists to assist in developing and conducting resident activity programs that elevate the lives of residents. The assistant contributes to the community by facilitating group and individual activities that engage residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
What you'll do
- Assist in organizing programs for residents based on individualized needs.
- Facilitate group activities, 1-1 visits, and community events.
- Coordinate activities with other departments.
- Prepare monthly Life Enrichment calendars.
- Drive company vehicles for resident outings.
