What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations
• conduct site visits
• monitor scheduling, registration, intake, insurance verification, authorizations, and checkout
• address patient concerns
• support provider scheduling and performance
• monitor documentation completion
• coordinate revenue-cycle improvements
• develop referral relationships and outreach
• supervise and coach staff
