What you'll do

• Respond to telephone inquiries and conduct walk-in and scheduled tours
• meet or exceed weekly sales standards
• produce a weekly sales forecast
• maintain the community CRM with inquiry and follow-up information
• qualify prospective residents and match services to their needs
• help keep apartments and common areas marketable
• assist with move-in paperwork and coordinate move-in and transfer arrangements.
