What you'll do

• Run routine reports and queries from GPV database tables using SQL as needed
• support computerized system validation testing
• maintain PV system product dictionary entries and databases
• triage system support tickets and provide first-line support
• set up new users and support initial logins
• maintain curricula assignments and mailboxes
• coordinate user training and communications
• monitor PV systems and liaise with IT or vendors on issues
• support documentation organization, archiving, and dashboard maintenance.
