Acquisitions Research Manager – Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Research and interpret affordable housing program rules and Qualified Allocation Plans
• identify financing sources
• screen RFQs and RFPs and recommend go/no-go decisions
• manage funding applications and deadlines
• review submissions for quality
• coordinate underwriting and post-award activities
• support due diligence, closings, stabilization, and GIS research
• improve application processes
• onboard and mentor Research Associates
• represent the team at meetings and industry events.
